Parking on Sherborne Street West, M3

Staff at the car park were useless. Some poor frozen teenager who (fairly reasonably) didn't care. Despite me entering the car details in advance he seemed to have no ability to work out if that was the right car park or not, as he said himself there are multiple car parks in that area. By the time we got back the kid had vanished and sure enough someone drove a small flat bed towing a trailer in to (a very small) car park. I can not imagine that he got round without damaging cars. Lighting was poor and of there are no staff then your vulnerable to crime. Poor all round.

Short walk to ao arena , guy on gate so you know you’re in the right place

I was expecting a ticket or QR code to show at the site. I couldn’t find it. The site attendant asked for a ticket which I couldn’t show him. I had to show him a text and email which seemed to confuse him. I paid £16.14 for a £14 ticket for some reason and would have paid £8 had I not used JustPark. Not great, sadly.

So easy to park, convenient for the hotel and secure. I will definitely use Kieran’s car park again..

I made a mistake when booking, I booked, realised I had made a mistake a cancelled approx 2 minutes later, no refund, had to pay again for another space. I got a reply after posting this review saying I am getting a refund, and would have got one if I contacted customer services, so a thumbs up for that. But the reason I did not get in touch in the first place was because it said no refund due when I cancelled the booking, so why would I get in touch with anyone if I wasn’t due a refund, confused.com.

Easy to find and simple booking process

JustPark made our trip to Manchester so much less stressful. We had a guaranteed parking place in easy walking distance from the AO Arena and were pleased to find a parking attendant checking everyone going in and out of the secure parking area.

Easy to find , extremely quiet with quite a few abandoned vehicles inside . Upon return there appeared to be some kind of rave going on nearby . In addition paid around £16 , upon arrival car park covered in £3 all day signage.

A great, safe car park only a 10 min walk to AO. Will definitely use again.

We had no problems in finding the car park, it was a short walk to the ao arena. There was staff there when we arrived to check our booking and give us directions.
