I own two spaces in the private car park behind my house in Lower Broughton, Salford. Since I don't have a car, I rarely use them.
The car park is close to the junction of Frederick Road and Camp Street.
Both parking bays are large enough to accommodate most cars and smaller vans. However, they are unsuitable for minibuses, etc.
Salford University is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
GETTING TO MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE
The property is situated 1.4 miles from Manchester City Centre. Travelling via Blackfriars Road takes approximately 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike.
Frequent bus services 10, 93 and 97 run from a stop just around the corner on Lower Broughton Road (the Camp Street bus stop).
Taxi fares vary between £4 and £8 depending on the time of day.
