Parking very affordable and very near to the station. Directions to the space aren't clear. Need to be reworded again

It took a while to find the space, the directions could be better. When we arrived at the time we had booked the space was inaccessible with 3 cars parked across and no way to access the allocated driveway. Unfortunately we were on a tight schedule to catch a train and did not have time to call the owner to resolve. I messaged later and she said her son's car was parked there and she could ask him to move. We were already in London and had fortunately managed to find alternative parking on the road. I asked if she had an option to process a refund - she has not since replied. Do not recommend!
