I have booked this parking spot successfully and was very happy for 4+ years. When I arrived there today, however, it was occupied by another vehicle. I tried to contact the owner via the app but it didn't work. as I was with a 2 yr old I took my chances and parked in the street at an unauthorized place. Maybe the car who booked the opposite spot parked on the wrong side...but .it was very very frustrating as I don't know if I can trust the app and the spot, my preferred for quite a while for Kew Garden visits. Can you please process a refund. I can send pictures...

The other user parked so far onto our space that our car wouldn't fit in. no one answered or called back when we called to see if we could park somewhere else on the property.

Have parked here before and it's been fine, but this time there was another car parked in the adjacent space. The car was parked over the dividing line of the bay which made it incredibly tight to park my own car. Thankfully I got the car in and out without damaging it, but it wasn't great to be faced with that situation after a long drive.

Perfect for visiting Kew Gardens - just 50m from Victoria Gate entrance - enough space for 2 normal width cars but need to park snug against side walls to allow access to both cars
