the instruction was not very clear. we parked in the available space and when we came back there was a big note to say this is a residential parking lot. Very embarrassing, especially since we paid a lot of money.
Very disappointed and not the value for money.

It was easy to find, book and pay for my parking spot on the website. When I arrived at the spot it was as described and shown in the photos on the website. There were no other parking opportunities in the area where I needed to park, so the JustPark facility worked well for me. Very satisfied.

I have booked this parking spot successfully and was very happy for 4+ years. When I arrived there today, however, it was occupied by another vehicle. I tried to contact the owner via the app but it didn't work. as I was with a 2 yr old I took my chances and parked in the street at an unauthorized place. Maybe the car who booked the opposite spot parked on the wrong side...but .it was very very frustrating as I don't know if I can trust the app and the spot, my preferred for quite a while for Kew Garden visits. Can you please process a refund. I can send pictures...

The other user parked so far onto our space that our car wouldn't fit in. no one answered or called back when we called to see if we could park somewhere else on the property.
