Good directions but when I arrived, 6 rubbish bins were lined up blocking the entire driveway. I had to find a spot to safely pull into from the traffic, get out in the rain and drag them all out the way. Not ideal... But once in the space was good. Large and clearly labeled.

There were parked cars in the spaces. So was unable to park. This really caused me a problem because I booked the slot so that I knew I could make an appointment. I was late for the appointment. Really put me off using JustPark. Have photos and will submit formal complaint.

Good location for Richmond train station, might be a bit little tight if two cars booked but wouldn't hesitate to use again

Parking was right under a tree which was hanging very low. When I returned , it was covered in seeds which stuck and also spots of bird poo on my newly washed car. Wouldn't use again
