I didn't have a designated space which was a bit confusing. Also as I was not given any ticket or barcode so getting out was very stressful as after a long journey and another 3 hours to go I thought I had done something wrong. I was let out after moving to another call box albeit rather hard reversing back from one that wouldn't call. This left me worried I hadn't done this right as this is the first time I have used this kind of service. It is also frustrating using the map but then not actually being able to use it in real time to find the car park after the journey.

On exit from car park the barrier did not rise and the machine said we had to pay £20, despite leaving well before the end time of the booking. Had to call through to assistance to be able to leave the car park. Not impressed.

We had to pay as we left the car park? So not only were we charged £8.79 but also charged £5.90 to leave the parking? Please could I have a refund for either one of the payments

Parking spaces were fine but while point with prepay is that you have prepaid so you should then just be able to drive out.
Had to sit at the exit barrier with cars behind me waiting for someone to let me out - so not great. I might as well have just paid at the car park.

Couldn;t exit car park easily as didn;t recognise our number plate, had to call person at barrier to confirm it and get them to raise it. held people up.

Coming out was confusing, it wanted me to pay but I already paid in advance so I went to the help line at the car park and they let me out. Not the end of the world but scared me a bit

Process for leaving the car park was not easy. Having prepaid with my number plate on the exit ticket I expected easy exit. I had to call to get out. Process needs to be clear
