When I tried to leave the car park the barriers did not open. I needed to speak to someone and showed them the reference. They had to call someone and asked me questions like how much did I pay. Eventually they let me out ‘as it seemed like I paid the right amount’. Extremely frustrating and would have been quicker not to pay in advance.

the gates didn't open up automatically, I had to take assistance from the security in the Oracle Mall. it was very inconvenient provided that doors didn't open both the times. This needs to be looked at as I have spent 1hr sorting this out.

Charged twice! Pre booked space with Just park but still had to pay when exiting so have spent over £100, yet to hear from just park regarding a refund.

It would have been better to have just paid for space . Machine didn't recognise my number plate when I arrived and so gave me a ticket. As it was late when I left - I had to pay twice because no one was around to help me.

I had to call them as I was leaving because the ticket I had to take when entering was asking me to pay again when leaving. They were very good and let me out with no hassle. I would use again
