Just half a kilometer from the Preston train station, a convenient walk to the city centre and UCLan. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Gate is a bit narrow for large vehicles but the parking space itself is spacious enough to turn around in.

Definitely on the narrow side but if you reverse on it's not too bad. Ten minute walk to UCLAN and easy to find.

Space was as expected, and handy for the station. Gate is narrow, so wouldn't recommend for large vehicles, but no problem for my small car!
