Running a few minutes late to return to the car I decided to use the 'extend booking' option only to be surprised by the fact that I was restricted to an additional 4 hours minimum only when an hour would have sufficed. I rang customer services at Just Park today who were very helpful in explaining that this was often the case and was decided by the parking space owner or provider. In future I will pay for longer than I need rather than risk up to a 4 hour penalty or a parking fine. It took a little of the gloss away from what is an amazing and most useful app, service and facility.

But it was a bloody nightmare to pay, machine didn’t work!! App didn’t work!! In the end made payment by calling the number on the machine.
Thank little exercise must have taken at least 15 minutes

great spot and easy to park. I was driving my minibus that day, a Peugeot Boxer and it was a little wide for the parking lane. but otherwise great.
