The app was slow to load and then payment did not work so I cancelled but it still went through. I ended up paying twice as I paid on machine.

I couldn’t top up parking or start another parking session for an extra 1hr. I was in the hairdressers and could do nothing. The reason I use the app is so I can top up should needs be.
