I requested an additional hours parking yet the booking didn't confirm it had registered it so we left the parking. It then turned out that parking was free after 6pm but as the booking with just park wouldn't confirm to extend the extra hour I was still charged although we had already left due to the time it took to extend just in case I got a parking ticket. Not a happy customer

can be a pain trying to renew the ticket on a second and subsequent day when you park before 08:00 when you have paid for 24hrs

Ticket machines don't work

Very poor - as I tried to use my payment card at 2 different machines contactless and by inserting but to no avail. The same happened last year. As my phone selected predictive text I did not select the correct number plate even though I had paid so felt worried all the time I had parked

I had to register as the machine wasn't accepting coins, but registering took me 7 minutes, and that was taken off the time.
I actually prefer apps from coins, but I need one for Bournemouth, another for Christchurch, and so on.
Why can't you get your heads together, and make one app for the UK.
In other words, standardise it like money.
