Its in a cul-de-sac car park so no through traffic. 5-10 minutes walk from city center, university, Theatre royale, Barbican, Hoe, Plymouth Aquarium, Cineworld 4DK cinema.
5 minutes taxi ride to the ferry port or train station. 7 minute taxi ride to HOME PARK football ground. The space is numbered 3. Please don't park at number 3 Whitefriars Lane as this isn't my space. Permits aren't required as only the visitor bays are under this restriction. The bays aren't in numerical order and mine is up in the top left of the car park and clearly marked. My photos in the listing also show this. Any questions call or text me and I'll be happy to help.

I was very happy to leave my car here for a few days. It felt very safe and we had no problems.
The only minor issue was that I expected my allocated parking space number 3 to be next to 4 & 5 but a car was parked there already. So I contacted space owner Wayne who told me the spaces were not in numerical order and that #3 was nearer the end of the road. That was free so no problem after all. It would be worth mentioning this in the space description.
