Very safe spot, felt comfortable leaving my vehicle here.easy to find
It's literally 2 mins walk to the ground!
Easy to park, I reversed up
It is a little steep so make sure you pull the handbrake nice and tight lol
Was easy to exit but if it's a game then be prepared to wait 10mins for the crowd to disperse, usual match day traffic after.
Town is 40mins walk which I did as well
Great spot, I parked left and came back 7 hours later with zero issues.

Great location for Plymouth Argyle's ground, you can see the ground from the parking space it's that close.
We arrived early and owner moved their vehicle across to allow us access early , very pleasant and approachable. Would use the space again and would highly recommend!
