we didn't use the space due to health problems but we informed the user direct who was very polite and understanding.we personally decided that we didn't want a refund as this was very short notice and the user was very appreciative for this.we would however use this service again if there was a need and have told many of our friends about this wonderful site.many thanks to all concerned.
