I paid the parking fee for 1 nights stay in full following the Peterborough Milestone Hotels full instructions... Recieved my receipt via email
Today I have been slapped with a £60 parking fine through the post which will increase to a further £100 if I don't pay i will dispute this unfair fine & if it is not resolved as originally a Bon Voy Delta Marriot Customer & member.. In trying out the Hotel Milestone Peterborough as an alternative.
I will never use this Hotel ever again as parking is included at the Delta Marriot.
This is an absolute parking Hotel stay scam & I am going to be complaining to the hotel group today.

Absolute con artists not only does the check in take 4x as long they hide hidden extras like sms confirmation that I didn't actually get.i booked a room and then had to spend ten mi's figuring out the stupid site after a long day then all of a sudden after confirm there's extras that are not made clear first. I'll be chatting to trading standards and I'll push it all the way I'd rather be out of pocket than let this lot keep getting away with there legal theft.
