Awful. Don't be late or even on time. They calculate the arrival time and not the ticket purchase time. Scam artists. Fine you for being on time on the ticket but not based on arrival. You can't avoid this parking due to the location, just pay an hour more than you think you'll need.

Please be very careful in this car park and make sure you enter the correct registration number. Unfortunately unpaid for 24hrs parking and had an old registration number on the app which I hadn't realised and they sent me two parking tickets. Their cameras and app are not correctly synced either very poor service, sent me two fines even though I paid and they could see this they still rejected both appeals.

I got fined!!! Pouring with rain so loading up and hard a quick bite to eat before setting off but got a letter through today. Gutted. They counted my 6 mins between camera filming me come in and paying for ticket plus the 12 minutes it took me to leave the car park taking my paid for 2 hrs- 18 mins over. £60. Disgusting. Family man. Pathetic. Will be appealing for what it's worth. Big brother always watching. Be very careful parking here!
