Excellent - a 5-star experience

The booking and everything was fine but came back to find somebody had run into my car left no note or anything

I was miss sold insurance. I was informed/miss sold insurance. I was quoted a small fee to cover insurance excess if damaged during the period of parking. The policy was £4.75 admin fee was nearly 4 times more at £18. 17. The policy with the unexpected admin charge was more expensive than the parking. I have twice requested details of who to make a complaint to and have not received a reply. I have complained about this and was given details details that are not consistent. Update to reponce from justpark as they don't reply to emails , despite that they say below. I have been told via email my fee was for 29p per hour, the maths on this doesn’t add up for the time I had it and the fee paid, so is another incorrect calculation. Also I was charged £4.75 the rest is billed as admin. The daily fee of 29p (not hourly) when added to my orginal parking charge of £21.49 adds to within 10p of the charge(£22.92) which is why I didn't see an issue until I checked my bank a couple of days later. I asked immediate the cover to end asI had not agreed to this. You offered me £10.00 off my next booking. I believe that the two fee are so similar that the difference if 10p is not noticed until the money is taken from the account.

Great alternative to train station parking which is limited and expensive. Will definitely use this again.
