Not the owners fault but when We arrived there was a van parked parked across both spaces we had booked. Luckily there was a phone number of the company on the van and we called them and they called the guys who owned the van and they moved it but it did make us late for our meeting. Also the numbers in the spaces have literally worn away and I had to get out and look to make sure we parked in the correct space.

It was good, but on extending it for 1 hour, due to being a nurse and I couldn't get out on time, it cost me a whole £8.20 more. So that's £16.40 for the day. Was so shocked and very disappointed. I don't mind paying an extra little bit, but the same daily charge whacked on top. Not good enough really.

One star off because the designated parking slot was taken. However a quick telephone call with the owner erstwhile sorted it out and we stayed in the parking slot next to it without any problems. Very handy parking for Oxford Brookes and the City centre.

Unfortunately lots of problems with other people parking in the slot, until you get that sorted out, I certainly wouldn't recommend it or use it again
