Only note was the instructions contradicted the photo, as there is a few spaces in the area.

Great parking spot for us as we ran the Oxford 1/2 marathon today- unfortunately we didn't get any communication from the owner when we text messages twice about our arrival time. This didn't affect our parking but it would have been more comforting to get some acknowledgment.
