[Edited] after posting my review, I was contacted by Tiana who delivered exceptional customer service, including a full refund. I couldn't change my star rating, but would if I could.

I was rushed to hospital in an ambulance with a suspected heart attack. I logged on to your app to move my booking but couldn't as I was then within 2 hours of the booking. No change, no refund, no one answered the mobile # given. Thanks for nothing.

Parking space was a bit tight for an estate car, especially as someone had parked right opposite the driveway making it even more difficult. There are no parking signs and double yellow lines yet he still parked there. Found the car belonged to a resident opposite who eventually came and moved it. That said. I did feel safe being a single female attending a concert in the local theatre, easy access, street lighting all around and the home owner has motion sensor security lights. I was happy leaving my car there. As others have mentioned, it's opposite a block of two garages which was a big help for me finding the space. Would recommend.

Not far off the ring road and easy walk into the centre - very close to Westgate shopping centre. Ample parking space. Pleased there was a photo and note about parking in the gravel area next to house as initially assumed we parked on the driveway. We were able to book for whole day and enjoy our time in Oxford.

Nice space. If don't know the area, it may help to check street view before you arrive for what you'll be looking for - it's tucked away in a tangle of little side streets opposite 2 garages, which are a helpful landmark.
