Hi, I'm giving you 5* and keeping this comment private as it includes some advice to help people find the place with more ease. As I told you it was a bit tricky for me to find the place the first time around. Maybe it'd make it easier if you added a photo of the entrance (with the little '17' sign) and wrote in the description that the entrance is left of the '17' sign. Many thanks!

Cumbersome trek to the station.
However worse was that when I rang the owner of the space for a query at the time of parking, he answered & then chose to ignore my call!
