when I paid by card on Thursday 16th I keyed in £4.80 but the machine jumped it up to the max £5.50. This was not the first time this had happened but I paid it, waited for the receipt but the machine froze. I took a picture of the machine. i was amazed to see the date was 17/12/21. A couple of weeks ago I got a FPN for not putting in my full reg (under appeal) so as I was unsure whether this payment was valid I phoned in and paid £4.80. on checking my account I found out that I had paid 6 times that week for parking but had only been there 4 times. Today, Friday I parked where I usually do but did not pay the machine or phone in. Why would I when I had already paid the day before. wondering whether anyone from Napier will read this and also whether I will get another FPN for not paying today as i already paid. The machine does not work properly and if you try and get through on the phone to speak to someone. good luck. Annoyed customer

There are a few reserved spaces but otherwise plenty of room. 5 minute walk into the centre of the shopping bit as well very well placed

Received a £100 'Fixed Charge Notice' because although I had returned to my car, I did not exit the car park (which, it turns out, is monitored by ANPR cameras) before my ticket expired. What a rip off.
