The advertised space already had a car in it when I arrived, and there were several other cars parked not in spaces but just on the little cul de sac, so I just about squeezed my car in alongside the others.
Don't know if some random had parked in the space without permission or if this person is selling multiple spots when they only actually have one space available, but either way I wouldn't be happy with it if I lived next door, and I felt like I paid for nothing.
