No issues with the space at all. Neighbour has put a notice on their garage door to not park on the left side. A bit confusing as looking at the spots, the left side is number 40 and right side is 38. Used common sense and assumed the note was written from the perspective of looking out from the spots, with the left being number 38.
If I was spot owner, I'd just put a tiny JustPark sticker logo on my garage door to clarify.
