Only the slightest issue is the tree (or what's left of it) partially blocking the drive, makes reversing into the drive from a busy road a bit problematic but that's not the owners fault, nor can they do anything about it. 7-8 minute walk from their drive to the south entrance of City Hospital was perfect for my appointment. Will 100% use again.
