The space was too smal for my car.
There was a lamppost in the space making it impossible to park safely, also any attempt to park in that space would have caused part of my car overlapping the garage entrance and the public pedestrian foot pavement.
Unsuitable for parking
Anyone can park on the street at a cheaper rate which was not aware of.
