There was a van parked across the drive so I couldn't access the space. No response from the owner. JustPark said they'd contact the owner for a refund. That was over a week ago and I've heard nothing back. It was only a fiver, but it cost me a lot more than that in terms of stress as I was attending a very important and time-sensitive meeting. Not impressed by either the owner, or JustPark on this occasion.
