Easy and quick to book .

one very negative think there were no spaces available therefore I had to go in the hotel and find out whats going on caused me a lot of inconvenience

Not quite sure if I was in the correct location

Was my own fault for not checking however, when booking train station parking through a train ticket app, you’d assume that the parking would be in the station carpark or a very quick walk to to the station. In this case it was neither

The description of the car park was a bit confusing. It seems the name of the hotel has changed. The car park was full when I got there. Had to wait for about 5 minutes before I could find a place to park.

Fantastic way to securing your car if needed to leave it for more than 24hours. CCTV in place do extra security to put my mind at rest.

I paid for a space in a car park close to an appointment I was attending. On arrival the car park had zero spaces available and cars parked crazily everywhere. Few spaces were becoming available as I had to exit and enter several times and any car that was leaving, was almost being guarded by groups of men. I ended up parking on the exit route with my car up against a bush as by this time I was panicking about being late. The option of ‘finding another space’ close by was not considered as I have some walking difficulties!
