Mercure Hotel Northampton Car Park

I’ve been given a ticket even though I paid for parking through this app

Absolutely perfect for the train and very easy to find, park and secure to leave vehicles. Unfortunately I received a fine from Parkingeye in the post. Contacted Just Park customer services who quickly, sensibly and politely resolved this on my behalf. Can't speak highly enough of them. Parkingeye on the other hand, not so much. Top work. Thanks.

I had to re book because I wasn't 100% happy with overnight security. I paid for a better site but JustPark will not refund the original payment and have just credited my account. I am unlikely to use this credit as it only lasts until January 2027. I have contacted them but they hsve ignored my email. Very unsatisfactory.

I paid for my parking through you and I'm now being hassled by parking eye I have used the same space at the mercure hotel northampton for 3 or 4 years and never had any trouble until this time I've sent the proof of payment and that wasn't enough,I have now sent more evidence I prepaid for parking so as to not have any problems very unsatisfactory

Whilst using Just park was great and I felt that the company themselves were helpful (The emails and booking I recieved up until the day of using the car park). The directions given for where I parked caused confusion and on the day of arrival I had to go into said car park and ask at reception for guidance. I arrived 7 minutes early todo this and was fined £100 for being early. I have appealed this.
