I had to extend my parking. But your app extended my parking till the end of the day and charged me £8.60. I only wanted an extra hour. I have asked for a refund and am still waiting. I am not happy with your service

Worst car park ever! Time to park is taken from the moment you enter the car park so you are charged for longer than you realise! Received parking fines for both cars we parked here. Cornwall tourist board are now well aware of this and are looking to sort it!
