Fistral Beach Car Park

The only problem I had was that it was very difficult to use my JustPark app on my phone due to poor Wi-Fi signal. I had to stand in the doorway of a nearby restaurant to get enough connection to pay for my parking.

Absurdly expensive, and the timer starts from WHEN YOU ENTER the car park, not from when you purchase parking time. Ridiculous. Needs investigation and putting a stop to this practice. No other non-barriered car park operates like this.

Absolutely terrible. I entered my registration in your app at least 3 times but the app still automatically put my old registration on to the parking session and as a result I got a fine even thought I paid!!!!! I appealed this fine and was basically told "not our problem" I think I need a refund from you as the registration that the app used was not at the car park and so it seems I paid for nothing!!!

Why can't I stop the parking when I'm finished with it??? This is absolute rubbish... it's not the nineteen hundreds anymore stupid!!!! Worst worst worst app and service ever!!!!

Got an unnecessary ticket

I was unable to extend my booking as I tried to do it at the exact time that the booking ended!

Took way to long to get ap working and it keeps showing wrong email address Also kept saying my surname wasn't in when it was

Need to add a card payment option at the machine as I couldn't get signal to use the app but managed to use the text service

I tried to extend my parking by one hour 5 minutes before the end of my 3hr stay. The app told me me period had already expired and I needed to pay for previous time plus extra and the total cost was£8. What then seemed to happen was it charged £8 on top of the initial fee and extended the stay by 4 hours. !
