Horrible App, Made 3 attempts to pay. App needs to be updated. Why does one needs to sign-up to make a payment? Can't there be a Guest option? The parking space is super dusty. Can't there be some concrete pavement for Car parking and a footpath for elderly citizens and kids?

There's no network to make the online payment and there's no alternate to this online payment. It is quite likely that you'll forget to make the payment later.

Each row is a deadens and so you get stuck and have to reverse out of the row if there are no spaces. Poor design

National trust is free but you have to use an app which is the most ridiculous idea for parking, I cannot stand apps for everything, so unnecessary! Had to pay 20p for a reminder? What's this I don't want a reminder I'm national trust I can park for free?
