We tried to book the car park next to Premier Inn~ your website showed it was full. At no point did you declare that we did not have to pay to park in the car park outside Premier Inn - instead you offered the option of paying to park in the Sainsburys next door. Misleading to say the least. Great communication of what you wanted to say , but not all entirely with the intention to provide what the client wanted/needed. I felt misled especially as the Premier Inn car park WAS NOT FULL! Waste of money and time

Used the Sainsbury's car park at Newhaven for the second time. Very convenient being just across the road from the ferry terminal and a very reasonable daily charge. Ideal for taking a bike on the ferry or going as a foot passenger. Also good that there is an option to extend the stay if something should go wrong.

The parking I used at Sainsbury's new haven was ok but security was non existent I had no problems but I did get told that is wasn't the most secure of places
