Arrived to find a car in the space I had booked. No answer when I tried to contact the owner. Contacted customer support who were unable to find me alternative parking. Advised me what I needed to do for a refund which was then processed quickly. I did then have to pay a lot more for parking nearby so I could go to work. I messaged the owner who said they were on holiday so couldn't check and told me the space was a different number to the one advertised. I wouldn't chance parking in the space suggested incase I got a ticket. Why rent out a space and advertise it when it's not the correct space? Wouldn't recommend

The reserved space was taken. I spoke to person who was in the space allocated and they said they their company owned that space. When I phoned the company I couldn’t speak to anyone ( 4 calls all over 15 mins waiting for no answer ) a recorded message said I should contact the owner. There was no number to call on the email I was directed to. Had to park elsewhere. I have now been refunded and hopefully the situation regarding that parking place has been resolved.

When we arrived there was a car already in the parking space.However a quick phone call to JustPark and it was sorted in 2 minutes. The operator I spoke to was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be using JustPark again.

Easy-to-find. Amazing location right in the centre of Newcastle. Handy for football and the university. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely book again

Just got a Vauxhall vectra into the space however description had said medium sized car.
