Knowing the parking slot was mine. Reserved for my use only. Able to prebook. Only a few cars left the parking area when the concert finished. So location was important.

However while enjoying my day in Newcastle I had emails from just park cancelling my parking then a few minutes later I had a text from the owner of the space so I ended up paying twice for my parking spot awaiting money back for my cancelled spot! Very annoying when all you want to do it park up and enjoy ur day
