Utilita Arena Car Park Drive Up

Fined for the app auto populating an old registration. £170

we need to the parking code in many places. it was not available in the notice board

payment system was confusing and no road signage to guide you to the event parking

I'm a blue badge holder unsure if I had to pay or not as disabled bays are before the main car park, could not find any info on whether we had to pay or not, so asked a member of staff who said it was free for badge holders, I didn't trust his answer so asked another member of staff who honestly replied he did not know. so I asked a fellow member of the public who I seen sitting I her car with a bue badge who told us we definitely had to pay. so had to go to Main car park to find the code you need to utin the app. than turned round and go back to the disabled area. but of a clart on if you ask me.

I had no problems parking,plenty of spaces

Poorly painted lines

Took forever to leave, queues massive

Didnt take long to get through the que and to get out. Plenty of spaces and avoiding congestion that I've previously experienced getting to the venue.
