Great and easy use of my phone to book a space park easily xx totally stress free

Booked paid for spot at Newark North Gate Station , went on email to find my booking code and said not recognised, so had to pay and park elsewhere being robbed of over £16.!

I was unsure of the location of the car park on arrival at Newark Northgate rang the owners iaw the Parking information board and they confirmed that i was at the right destination for JustPark,.

Arrived at the car park to find no spaces. Tried calling but no reply. Ended up just parking the car in the car park, but not in an allocated space, as I had a train to catch. Spent the time away worrying the car would get clamped. Fortunately arrived back today and no clamp but not impressed to have paid for a parking space and arrive to find there were none available.

Absolutely perfect

Despite having booked a parking place I turned up at the car park only to find the place full. There were two places with a cone in them. I tried to call Just Park and despite holding for 15 mins the call was not transferred to anyone. Being faced with a short time until my train departure I moved a cone and left the car. Two days later I arrived at the car park to find some moron had put the traffic cone in the roof of my car scratching the vehicle. Just park defence is they are only a payment portal and the issue should be addressed to the car park owner. No sense from them either. Avoid like the plague.

Easy to book, plenty of spaces and no faff!

Brilliant service! Only slight issue we had was it wasn’t very well sign posted but we found it eventually!

First time booking parking at railway station. Seemed to work well. Hopefully my entry/exit times recorded accurately as no way of checking.
