On arrival all the normal parking bays were already occupied. The car park has been reduced in size, however access to the other part is still available. I went to park in this additional part and before i left i was advised this was no longer in use and my car would be locked in. There are no signs to indicate any of this and the same signs which are in the 'in use' part are clearly visible throughout.
