Arrived to find another car parked on the drive. £4 of my money I’ll never see again. Had to then drive into the city centre and pay for parking there. Frustrating

The parking space is in front of the house - which is well visible and is quite spacious. However it is worth pointing out that Waterhouse Lane is a rat-run during rush hour. It is probably best to approach the property from the south and pull over and wait until the traffic lights have changed and the flow of traffic stops - then back up onto the drive. The centre of town is about 15-20 minutes walk depending on your pace (I am quite a quick walker).
