Parking on Iffley Road, OX4

It appears that people have found the spaces as a temporary stop to park. I went to fetch my car and found I was boxed in with large vans filling both spaces next to me and right in front of my car. I was boxed in. I was only able to get out after asking one of the van drivers to move as well as having to move the bins. I had less than an inch from the wall to turn and get out.

Easy to find if you do some research beforehand. Space was good and is overlooked by several flats, so car felt safe.

I've put that the parking space wasn't easy to find (and I used to live in the Cardo building just down the road :)) but that's relative to some others: it's not a problem if you're really on it (or willing to go back round once). The space may be a bit more tricky for larger cars (as is the access alley), and particularly if other drivers have parked messily, but we got a Tucson in it okay. The price, location and safety and so on are excellent, though, hence the five stars. They really need a flat-thumb for 'okay' rather than just the up and down options – then it would have been two okay and one good. We would definitely book it again so thanks for the space!

The entrance was difficult to find as it is an alleyway between houses, not easy to spot unless you know what you're looking for. Had to park in a side road and walk back to look for it. Other than that, very good and excellent parking for the O2 Academy

Very tight drive and difficult to manoeuvre into parking space if there are other vehicles but otherwise I felt safe leaving my car here.
