I couldn't find your carpark - no signage - and drove round the whole Elder Gate area of Milton Keynes twice, trying to find Just Park, in vain. I missed my train and had to park somewhere else - paying an extra £30 to do so. I will never use your website again and will be claiming a refund.

The owners of this car park are despicable. They have ruthlessly tried to argue that there is clear signage for this car park. However the instructions they have submitted for the car park on this app are inadequate and unclear. I have now been fined and I am ongoing a claim.

The signage was not evident and I ended up parking with Ringo in the Public Car Park.
I followed the postcode given but could not find any sign to indicate. The directions written as a guide were inadequate with no points of reference to look out for.
I wouldn’t recommend.

Car park location not clear. Thought I'd parked in correct place but have ended up with a parking ticket. Not happy.

Even with photos could not find the location. Ended up paying on the day again with RingGo as could not be sure I wouldn't get a fine. Photos do not help. Beware of booking here!!
