I booked the place for 2 hours, we arrived there and the person responsible did not answer the door to come and open for us.......so with the booking paid we went to find another car park and pay again in another place.....one star is too much....

On arrival we were waiting outside the carpark for 30 minutes because the owner had not informed us that the car lift was under maintenance. This was quickly brushed off after an apology. However when the time came that we had agreed with the owner to let us into the car park to collect our car at the end of our trip we were waiting over 2 hours with all of our bags while the owner ignored all of our calls and texts.

It all started off well and knew my car would be secure. After 1.5 hours of waiting around for the owner to come and give us the access code to get in... this did not happen and I couldn't get hold of the owner at all! I was let in by thankfully a useful neighbour who could tell I was getting panicked!
This left me annoyed and angry as it completely ruined our plans and we needed to get home for an emergency in the end.
Won't be using again, with anything on this site.
