Parking on Walshaw Street, M11

Easy to find. Easy access to Co-op arena. Easy to get out of at the end of the gig.

Absolutely amazing find! 20min walk from the Co Op Live Arena, 10-15min walk from Etihad Stadium. Space fit a Land Rover Discovery 2 easily, street lighting as well! My only issue would be because of the route in and out to the stadium/arena is industrial estate-esque, women I wouldn’t advise parking here and walking alone. My sister and I were followed by a car on Bell Crescent. Luckily the space was so close to the junction with Walshaw street we could get in quickly, but the surrounding area isn’t PEAK safety for women alone (especially after a match at the stadium). Not a critic on the space, it helped in the situation! 10/10 would park here again!

Booked as an away supporter at The Etihad. Ground was a 10 minute walk, felt safe a secure leaving my car & walking to & from the ground.

Spot on for the Coop Live, about 15 mins walk to get to the arena and therefore away from the crowds after the concert to make our getaway, recommended.

Fantastic place to park for the etihad, a short walk to stadium and easy access to the m60 avoiding stadium traffic to get home,wouldn’t use anywhere else. Deserves more than 5 stars!
