Easy to find and the owner popped out and very kindly gave us directions to the venue, so although the concert was cancelled the parking was A+

I recommend you park here! Fantastic parking spot. 10 minutes walk just around the corner from the Co op live arena and Ethiad. The host was amazing we had accidentally left our window open, they texted and covered the window for us to prevent rain getting in. Complete lifesavers as it was pouring down when we reached the car. Would definitely park here again felt so much more reassured it was on someone's drive and not in a makeshift car park. We were also home much quicker as there were no car park queues.

Super easy location to find before and after the event. We couldn’t get a taxi back from coop live so walked, it only took 10 short mins. Will defiantly use again in needed.

Good space with plenty of room, easy to access and drive away avoiding major traffic delays near the venue, may be a little too far away for some but worth avoiding delays.
