The binary questions above do not properly reflect the experience for a first time visitor:
1. while easy enough to find, it was not immediately clear from the name of the booking and name of the building that this was the location booked.
2. I found it difficult to select a space as it was almost full and some users had parked inconsiderately.
The spaces could be better delineated. There were two pairs of spaces either side of the main building that were occupied by centrally parked vehicles which meant that they could not be used by other vehicles.
3. I was a little wary of the location.

Do not book a space here, it's tiny and it was completely full when I arrived so I had to locate another car park. Don't risk booking here!!

This is a small plot of land outside a former pub for 10-15 cars. Anyone can park there if they pay as they arrive - which means you can book a slot and turn up only to find it is already full. Wouldn't advise using this if you're going to a uni open day!

I don’t know how this works. I turned up to a completely unsupervised car park -how on earth were you supposed to reserve my space? It was full! Thanks for the refund but please explain why you failed so miserably to provide a service you took money for?

Turned up at Boundry lane car park in Manchester having pre- paid £7.88 for a space. Not only was there no space but realised the car park could only house around 9 cars. We therefore had to park elsewhere. Just Park should not take your money and allocate you a space if they can’t keep to it. DISGRACEFUL

Parking space was a bit hard to find but once we were there parking was easy. I was able to edit my vehicle reg number using the app when I used the wrong one initially

We believed that a space had been reserved for our car. When we got there we found that the car park only holds about 8 cars and it was very very difficult to squeeze our car in and out. It could well have been full and then we would not have been able to park at all!!

The directions were to the wrong car park so i ending up paying twice. The attendant at the car park also said that the car park was always full.
