CitiPark - New Jackson Car Park

Couldn't get through the automatic barrier as it didn't recognise the payment already made

Paid for car Parking space on just park and was still charged when it come to leaving the car park

Exit barrier was a bit slow to recognize the vehicle reg but great car park

brand new parking space, clean, and wide enough for my car.

Easy to book. Good price and no hassle

Had to pay again upon exit

Got charged £14 for an extra 20 minutes.

sign up was a bit confusing as no PIN number or QR and it wasnt explained until later by customer support that you will be automatically let in and out as camera detects your reg. However also had problems getting out as reg not detected and had to ring them.

I got charged £18 when I left the car park even though I had already paid £22 for the space!!!!! I will be complaining about this via Just park

Problems when I returned to vehicle. To access car park you put in your reg, but the door didn't open for several minutes and it wanted me to swipe in a CC card. Same at exit, the reg was not recognised so had to call attendant on intercom who seemed to check my authorisation manually.
