The car park ID is different to what was on my confirmation so was very confusing. I then felt that I had to buy another ticket to avoid getting a fine.

Easy to find Good size spaces

Just outside northern quarter, small but we arrived at 9.30 and plenty of spaces. There is another same company just across the street so you have to be careful you park in the right one. It's not that much more expensive to pay on the day, and I can't see how it reserves you a space as there's no barrier.

The signage has changed so the written instructions on the app don't match the signs in the car park anymore.

Very convenient, directions supplied reasonable charges. Good service.

The just Park app worked fine for setting up the parking slot and providing information regarding the particular car park booked, including its unique code, post code location which road to use to access the car park. Unfortunately the access road did not come up on my sat nav (no fault of Just Park) but when we did locate the car park the unique car park code as indicated by Just Park was incorrect. Luckily there was an attendant in the adjacent car park who confirmed I was in the right place. His car park in Hanover Street also had a different code to what Just Park said. The second issue was when we wanted to extend our stay. Just Park would not allow us to do this and couldn’t find the car park on a search. We had to use the ticket machine in the car park, which meant we had to buy a ticket at a time before the original parking session ran out loosing us over 1/2 hours parking.

I'm still not sure I was in the correct car park as the numbers on the board for car park id were different. I used the image attached but the background had new buildings etc in it. I payed at the display to make sure I'd payed, possibly paying twice as I pre booked it.

The space was easy to find in central Manchester on a very busy day; Springsteen Kylie and City all playing on the same night. We were instantly reassured by the presence of uniformed staff. On our return after 2300hrs, the car park was well lit and felt safe. It also offered easy access to several routes back to the M62.
