We got to our parking space really early unable to get to it due to main road blocked off and person would not let us park so did not use car park space had to park on street which was very stressful and likely a fine. I requested refund from Justpark as we were supposed to park there from 7-4pm 12/10/25 no one to call at Justpark as it was a Sunday!

I was unable to access the parking space due the road closure for the half marathon. The app should have prevented me from booking this parking slot. No access from any roads even followed diversions but was unable to access the parking area.
