The parking space was easy to find as the directions were excellent and the space would have been adequate if the owner of the 2nd car had properly parked further to the side. The wheels on our car ended up slightly over the dividing line onto the neighbouring property which as luck had it was not being used. I can imagine situations like this may cause friction with the owners neighbours if it is a regular occurrence.
This is an ideal spot to leave a vehicle for events at the Coop Live arena or the football ground and getting out onto the main road for the drive home was a breeze despite it being very busy. It was comforting to see the owner has a video doorbell which would have been useful if there had been any damage to the car while we were away.

Fabulous place to park, easy to find and park. Short walking distance to Co-op live and Etihad stadium. Fully recommend to avoid the queues coming out the main car park....

When we arrived, there was already a car in the parking space in front of the house. No one answered the doorbell so I rang the phone number provided. The person who answered told me to park next to the car already on the drive even though I would have to go over the line into the next door parking space. I was not happy about doing that, and not sure whether that would invalidate the Just Park insurance. However I felt that I had no choice given that the concert was due to start.
