I waisted my money - fake parking . Reporting this company . Please do not use this. Company advertises fake parking in Manchester . You need to remove this parking as it's not what you're advertising there's no PIN code - I was late to my appointment for me Daughter as I had to find alternative parking and had to pay more . Not great .

It is awful and scarey, with homeless people sat at the roller entrance. The car park is dark and hard to manoeuvre in . As a single female driver I would never use again and I think you need to review your use of it . Hard to find .

Do not use if you have a big car. It is a difficult car park to enter due and I nearly burnt my clutch out trying to exit this car park. There is a very steep hill and limited turning room and half way up this steep hill you have to stop to press a button to open the door. I am an experienced driver and found the exit difficult. It is evident from the numerous scratches and dents to the walls and surrounding bars that many others had similar issues. Fine if you have a smaller car.

Space too tight for a large car. Scraped my car getting out at a cost of £500 . Thanks !!

Far too small for an SUV - Almost burnt clutch out trying to manoeuvre in and out!

Plus -Right by hotel-good price-Secure. Cons-(constructive criticism)Very tight and steep when entering although I have a large estate.a few shunts backwards and forwards to park. Large 4x4 would struggle with headroom Also when exiting basically turning a right angle wheel spinning to get up incline. Would I stop again - yes

On a positive note I found the location easy the whole process was simple The negative was the parking conditions the steep decline into the parking area and tightness, lack of space going in wasn’t a problem , but getting out was my car struggled to get up-to the exit and because of the tightness I couldn’t accelerate too much in fear of hitting the wall. So won’t be using this place again my heart was in my mouth.

The directions on the booking or via the link to google maps did not take me to the parking spot so I had to find alternative parking last minute. I therefore have to click thumbs down to the second two options as I had no chance of discovering how good or bad the space was. Not good.

Really great value parking spot in the centre of Manchester. Tricky to get in (wouldn’t try it with a large car) but easy to find and access thanks to the app’s instructions. Only downside was that I needed to extend my journey which should have been possible but the app wouldn’t allow it, and so I had to rearrange my day instead.
