Third time parking here great location and friendly owner Gavin. Easy 10 minute walk to stadium and quick to get out. Safe area and parking in private area behind locked gate

Fantastic parking, really convenient for the Etihad Stadium. A short walk away but it's out of the way of all the traffic hotspots. Gav was very helpful, I'll be sure to use this again next time I'm at a City game.

Gavin came out to meet us and gave clear directions to the Etihad. As my son said, meeting Gavin was easily the highlight of the trip! (We did lose 6-1). The site is secure and easy to find.

This was perfect parking for us attending the Etihad Stadium as it was only a short brief walk away. Very safe and secure parking in a private gated complex. Gav was very helpful, shared the best route to the ground and was available if anything was needed. Would definitely use again if we're that side of Manchester at any time.
