Unfortunately, there was already a car on this drive. The car belonged to a friend of the occupants. He had parked the car there and gone on holiday to Barcelona. After speaking to the drive owner he said that he had told just park and they obviously hadn’t told us. If the drive wasn’t available then he should have notified just park. That way we would not have been able to book it. After travelling for two and a half hours this was just not acceptable.
