Made a booking for 20 days, he canceled the booking 2 days before my international flight with no explanation or reasons whatsoever, a bad experince. This is the second time I book his parking spot.

The space had a clear sign as to where to park, which was on a driveway out of the way. I had a diverted flight which caused a 4 hour delay, let the owner know and they took it very well and was happy with letting the car stay in the mean time.

Parked for a month. No concerns. Able to come and park without any issue. Sam also gave contact details if any concerns. Really helpful. Close to tram station as well.

Sam sent e-mails with directions and comments on arriving, and how to get to the tram stop to transfer to Manchester airport. No issues, had booked for 5 hours, but returned after after 3 hours and left.
