The car park is fully automated and your car is lowered into the car park and parked via a car lift. You will be given an electric fob to access the lift from the lovely people at reception.
Please ensure you return the parking fob once you leave, as failure to do so will result in a £30 charge.
The height restriction is 1.8m and weight restriction is 2.5 tonnes.

Manchester Piccadilly Station - Just a 5 minute walk
China Town - A 10 minute walk
Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre - A 15 minute walk.

Arrived to park my car and was told the car park was 'broken', had to walk around to reception and receive sketchy details/directions of an alternative car park. Parked at the alternative car park and was told that fee would be refunded. Rushing I just managed to catch my train from Piccadilly. On return to the car the next day I had a £55 fine on my car for overstaying max duration. I was then informed that I had parked in the wrong car park

Accidents happen!!
The automated parking system has broken down and my car got stuck in the car park for 24h. I was not happy at all.
The staff was brilliant though and they provided taxi for getting home and to work etc. free of charge. I've had my car back on the next day so no harm done!

It was perfect for first night untill we took the car out to go and get some food; we come back and the car park machine was broken.. so i had to park my car on some gravel and wasnt really sure if my car was safe there.
